Develops, accords and submits for approval concepts, State programs, annual plans of preparations of draft laws, carries out the control over their implementation

Preparation of draft laws

• elaborates directly draft laws
• performs methodical guidance in preparing of draft laws
• carries out analytical and scientific researches

Submitting of draft laws to a subject possessing the right of legislative initiative

• carries out the control over observance of the terms of submitting of draft laws
• submits draft laws in case of their preparation by the Centre

Submitting of draft laws to the House of Representatives of National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus

• implements the compulsory juridical expert examination of draft laws
• carries out the control over observance of the terms of submitting

Consideration of draft laws in the House of Representatives of National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus
